Historic Preservation Tax Credit Public Law 94-455

In recent years, several bills have been proposed in Congress that would expand this program so that homeowners wishing to rehabilitate a property could be eligible for the tax credit. The Historic Homeownership Assistance Act was most recently proposed in the 107th Congress as HR 1172 and S 920.
