Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund Public Law 103-325

Since the Fund was created in 1994, its funding has varied from year to year. It reached its highest point in Fiscal Year 2001, with $118 million appropriated. This has since declined to $80 million in FY 2002, $75 million in FY 2003, $63 million in FY 2004, and an estimated $56 million in FY 2005.
